OEM Manager – Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Full Time

RPO’s client is looking for a dynamic OEM Manager specializing in Industrial Equipment Manufacturing to enhance their team in Gauteng. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate and manage relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to drive business growth and ensure product alignment with market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and nurture relationships with OEM partners to ensure sustainable business practices and mutual growth.
• Oversee the negotiation and management of OEM contracts, ensuring adherence to legal and business standards.
• Work closely with engineering and sales teams to customize products and solutions that meet OEM requirements.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for new OEM partnerships.
• Produce reports and presentations detailing OEM performance metrics and market insights for senior leadership.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance OEM strategies and processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in OEM management within the industrial equipment manufacturing sector.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in market analysis and reporting.
• Experience in managing contracts, compliance, and performance metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant industry-specific software.
