Building Construction Manager – Construction Industry Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client, a reputable and well-established building contractor in the Western Cape is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join their team in Cape Town. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with strong technical expertise and a proven track record across a variety of building projects.

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Building/BTech in Construction Management or similar qualification
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the construction industry
• Proven experience across a range of building projects (commercial, residential, or mixed-use)
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent technical and problem-solving ability
• Effective communication and stakeholder management
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
