Wet Trades Foreman – Construction Industry Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client, a leading construction and property development firm in South Africa is currently seeking a reliable and skilled Wet Trade Foreman in Cape Town to support the supervision of wet trade teams across multiple stages of construction. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee wet trade teams and daily work activities
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications
• Monitor progress and report deviations or requirements
• Implement health and safety practices
• Read and interpret site drawings

Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate together with a relevant qualification in the Built Environment
• 5+ years’ experience supervising wet trade activities
• Strong technical knowledge of brickwork, plastering, screeding, tiling, and related trades
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Basic understanding of site safety standards
• Must reside in Cape Town (no relocation applications will be considered or accommodation provided)
