Technical Trainer – Mining Industry – R700K – R600K Full Time

RPO Recruitment client’s is a great mining company in Northern Cape, which is seeking the expertise of an Technical Trainer to join their team in Hotazel, Northern Cape.

Responsibilities:

• Training Facilitation
• Training Program Coordination
• Assessments and Ratings on individuals
• Record keeping of all assessments and training material
• MQA administration coordination

 
Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Diploma in OD ETDP
• Trade Test Certificate
• Assessor, Facilitator and Moderator Certificates
• 5 – 10 years’ experience in an opencast mining environment
• Minimum 3 years at Manager level

Benefits:

• Salary: R600K/yr – R700K/yr, salary negotiable
