Structural Engineer – Consulting Industry | Namibia Full Time

Our client, a dynamic and growing consulting engineering firm, is seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join their Windhoek team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects spanning residential, commercial, hospitality, and industrial sectors in Namibia’s developing construction market.

This position is ideal for Namibian professionals currently working in South Africa who are looking to return home, or for experienced structural engineers seeking an international career opportunity.

Requirements:

• Sc. / B.Eng / B.Tech in Structural Engineering
• 5-8 years of proven experience in structural engineering
• Strong background in concrete structure design and detailing
• Solid experience with structural steel design
• Track record of delivering projects across various building types
• Professional registration (Pr.Eng / Pr.Tech Eng) or working towards registration
• Namibian work experience – advantage
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software
• Experience with Prokon (essential)
• AutoCAD competency for drawing production
• Revit experience for BIM-enabled projects
• Valid passport
