Solar Sales Representative Full Time

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate and driven Solar Sales Representative to join our client’s team. Our client, a leading renewable energy company, specializes in solar solutions for residential and commercial customers. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting the benefits of solar energy to potential customers. If you are enthusiastic about renewable energy and have a strong sales background, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads for solar energy solutions
• Conduct consultations and educate customers on the benefits of solar energy
• Prepare and present customized solar energy proposals to potential customers
• Negotiate and close sales agreements with customers
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments in solar energy

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar energy industry
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus
