Senior Roads Project Manager – Construction Industry Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client is looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in road construction. They need a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead their site-based operations in KwaZulu-Natal (KZN).

Requirements:

• BSc/BEng/BTech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• SACPCMP registration is essential.
• ECSA registration is advantageous.
• Construction Management Programme (CMP) certification is beneficial.
• 15+ years of experience in civil construction, with at least 10 years in site-based roles.
• Strong experience with NEC/FIDIC and COLTO contracts.
• Knowledge of pipelines is advantageous.
• Proficiency in relevant construction software (e.g., CCS, BuildSmart, planning & programming tools).
• Experience managing CPG contractors.
