Senior Quantity Surveyor (Building) – Construction Industry Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client, a contractor operating nationwide, is in need of a Senior Quantity Surveyor specializing in large building projects such as Retail ,Commercial & Residential for their operations in Kwazulu-Natal

 Requirements:

• BTech Quantity Surveying / B.Sc Quantity Surveying or similar
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction / building
• Contractual Aptidue – Understanding Principal and Subcontract Agreements, JBCC, NEC, GCC.
• Proven experience with JBCC contracts
• Proven CCS experience
• Cost planning
• Estimating / prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Cost Analysis
• Cost-in-use studies
• Value Management to establish a project budget / Risk management
