We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Foreman/GES (General Engineering Supervisor) to join our client’s team. As a Senior Foreman/GES, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of building projects, ranging from residential to commercial. You will collaborate with a team of construction professionals including project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to address any design or construction issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and supervise a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
