RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Section Engineer for Refinery Maintenance to join a leading company in Limpopo. As a Section Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operations of the refinery plant, focusing on maintenance and reliability. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of refinery equipment and machinery
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies and plans
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvement
- Monitor maintenance costs and implement cost-saving measures
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or electrical Engineering or a related field
- GCC in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Section Engineer in refinery maintenance
- Proven experience in maintenance and reliability management
- Strong knowledge of refinery processes and equipment
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
