Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Description:
RPO’s client is seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively selling products or services to prospective clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability for the company
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with other team members to develop sales strategies and achieve team goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in sales (3 – 5 years) preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Fully computer literate
• SAP exp/knowledge beneficial

• providing administrative assistance
• Strong organizational skills

• ability to multitask are essential for success in this role
