Railway Design Engineer – Consulting Industry Full Time

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Railway Design Engineer to join an established and reputable team within the civil infrastructure sector. This position is ideal for a driven professional with a passion for rail engineering, to be based in Johannesburg

Requirements:

• BSc/BEng/BTech in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree advantageous).
• PrEng registration or eligible for registration within 12 months.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in railway engineering including:
  • Geometric alignment design
  • Condition assessments
  • Maintenance planning
  • Passenger stations and material handling facilities
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D for railway geometric design and documentation.
• Familiarity with South African and international railway and civil engineering standards.
