Quantity Surveyor (Roads) – Construction Industry Contract

RPO Recruitment’s client, a prominent civil contractor in South Africa, is currently on the lookout for a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor who can join their dynamic team on one of their latest roads projects in Limpopo. 

This is a project-based contract and the duration of contract will be approximately 6 months with a possible extension.  The successful candidate will be based on site in Limpopo for the duration of the project.

Requirements:

• BTech or BSc degree in Quantity Surveying
• Over 7 years’ experience in a similar capacity and working on roads and civil works projects
• National roads experience essential with proven experience working on projects worth a value of more than R20 million
• Proficiency in BuildSmart and CCS
• Knowledge of COLTO, COTO, and FIDIC
