Job Title: Planner

Job Overview:
RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a talented and experienced Planner to join a reputable company. As a Planner, you will work closely with various departments to ensure effective planning and coordination of activities. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, timelines, and plans
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential risks and delays
• Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders
• Collaborate with project managers to develop contingency plans for potential delays
• Conduct regular meetings with team members to review project progress and address any issues
• Assist in the development of budgets and resource allocation for projects
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of project schedules and plans

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in project planning and scheduling
• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Trello
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Certification in project management a plus
