Mid-Level Quantity Surveyor – Site QS– Building Construction Industry Full Time

Our client, a top Western Cape construction company with head office in Stellenbosch, is seeking a Mid-Level Quantity Surveyor to take full responsibility for all QS functions on construction building sites. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified site QS to ensure construction projects are financially controlled and losses minimized.

Minimum Requirements:

• BSc Quantity Surveying Degree, B.Tech Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 4 years to maximum 8 years’ experience as Quantity Surveyor
• Experience gained in a construction site environment will take preference
• Commercial, residential and retail building projects experience essential
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (essential)
• Exposure to QS software (CCS, BuildSmart, or similar) advantageous
• Valid driver’s license
