RPO Recruitment’s client is looking for an HSE Officer to join their team in Epping, Cape Town.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance in accordance with legislation and company policies.
Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures
Conduct regular site inspections and audits
Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
Investigate incidents and prepare reports
Provide HSE training and awareness to staff
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Health, Safety, and Environmental Management
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and report-writing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
