HR Administrator – FMCG Full Time

RPO Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team in the FMCG sector. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department with administrative tasks while ensuring the seamless functioning of HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resume, and coordinating interviews.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support in the administration of payroll and benefits programs.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Help manage employee relations and resolve HR-related inquiries.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management as required.

• National Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an HR administrative role, preferably in the FMCG or Corporate sector.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• MUST reside in Paarl or surrounds (Stellenbosch, Wellington, etc)

• Salary negotiable
