RPO Recruitment’s Client is looking for candidates to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. This position is Head of Compliance and HR, you need experience in financial services, across various environments which integrate legal, compliance and human resources experience. Benefits to have a genuine interest in crypto / financial services. They need to understand the various legal frameworks that include the likes of banking, SARB, FSCA for compliance of financial services.

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in either Law or Finance
• Experience in financial services, banking fintech and or crypto (5+ yrs)
• Legal background to be able to handle legal in-house
• Onboarding service providers and performing Due Diligence
• Understanding compliance requirements of financial services (FSCA, FIC, SARB, Banking)
• Strong operational and managerial experience to oversee HR and performance
• Strong Excel skills is mandatory
• Ability to work under pressure
• Interested in Cryptocurrency
