A leading industrial services company is looking for an experienced Group Finance Manager with a strong background in mining or industrial sectors to oversee financial operations and drive strategic financial planning across the group.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial operations across the group, including accounting, budgeting, cash flow, and reporting.
Ensure strict compliance with IFRS, SARS, and other statutory requirements.
Manage audits and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.
Drive group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Strengthen internal controls and provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team.
Mentor and lead finance teams across various subsidiaries.
Requirements:
BCom in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (essential).
Professional Accountant (SA) and CIMA qualification (essential).
Registered Tax Practitioner (essential).
8–10 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 3 years at a group or senior management level.
Demonstrated expertise in multi-entity consolidations and management reporting.
In-depth technical accounting knowledge and experience within the mining or industrial services sector.
Proficiency in Sage Evolution, Pastel, or similar ERP systems.
