Job Title: Floor Manager

Location: Randburg

A leading garment manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Floor Manager with strong experience in/with managing a team of seamstresses and the operation of line machines to join their team in Randburg. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated production professional to drive volume and efficiency by managing a team of approximately 20 employees. If you have experience in production management and a passion for manufacturing, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of approximately 20 seamstresses.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of line machines.
• Push for increased production volumes.
• Ensure team efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Experience managing a team in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience with team leadership.
• The ability to speak Afrikaans is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Strong focus on achieving production targets.
