Finance Manager – Financial Services – R740K – R700K Full Time

• Responsible for expense management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Analyze monthly expense variances for business units
• Supervise Accounts Department for accurate expense recording
• Develop and maintain expense management processes
• Provide monthly financial reporting
• Recommend cost-saving initiatives and optimize cost allocation
• Create costing models for cost analysis and decision-making
• Improve revenue reporting with financial models
• Prepare financial analysis and balance sheets
• Produce annual statutory financial statements per entity
• Work with auditors for efficient audits
• Handle taxation matters, including VAT and tax returns

Requirements

• BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of JDE, IDU and HFM will be an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in management accounting role within financial services industry
• Budgeting and forecasting experience
• Accounting and IFRS experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel experience and skills
• Sound understanding of management information
• Team management and mentoring
