Executive Support Specialist – Limpopo Full Time

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior management
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel logistics
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy
• Act as the point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Support office operations by managing supplies, handling incoming communications, and overseeing documentation
• Ensure timely follow-ups on pending tasks and deadlines
• Assist in planning and executing internal events and meetings

Requirements

• Matric certificate or equivalent (a relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage)
• Proven experience in an executive or senior administrative support role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
