Engineering Administrator – Manufacturing Full Time

RPO Recruitment is excited to announce a vacancy for an Engineering Administrator in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will provide essential support to the engineering team, ensuring that all engineering processes run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll play a key role in coordinating activities, managing documentation, and facilitating communication between various departments to drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Manage engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Support the engineering team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
• Facilitate communication between engineering, production, and other departments to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Maintain organized records for engineering projects and assist in the preparation of progress reports.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for engineering operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with cross-functional departments.
