District Sales Manager – FMCG Full Time

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our client, a leading FMCG company, based in Rustenburg. As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales performance of a designated district, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving business growth in your assigned area. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for achieving targets and driving results.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives in the assigned district.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess performance and make strategic decisions.
• Provide coaching and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned district as required.
