Dispatch/Logistics Manager – Vereeniging – Gauteng Full Time

RPO Recruitment is seeking a Dispatch/Logistics Manager for a prominent company located in Vereeniging. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dispatch operations, logistics management, and an understanding of supply chain principles. This role involves overseeing the dispatch process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods, and managing logistics staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products
• Develop and implement dispatch/logistics strategies to improve efficiency
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to optimize delivery routes
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities
• Manage and train logistics staff to ensure compliance with company policies
• Analyze logistical problems and devise plans to resolve them
• Monitor and report on key logistics performance indicators

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dispatch/Logistics Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management and dispatch processes
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with logistics software and systems
