Development Coordinator – Property Development Industry Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client, a well-established property development firm in Cape Town, is currently seeking a qualified Junior Site Agent who can join their team as soon as possible and contribute positively towards the success of their projects.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Dealing with all administration pertaining to building handover
• Assisting the project manager with quality control of units
• Development administration, obtaining occupancy certificates and final approvals for buildings, etc.
• Assisting with all NHBRC related applications, including renewals, registrations, and enrolments

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in the built environment (Architecture, Building, Property Studies, Construction Management)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience preferably in the property development industry
• Solid proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Positive and professional attitude
• Valid driver’s license and own transport
