An opportunity exists for an experienced Concrete Foreman to provide supervision on concrete construction projects for our esteemed client in Cape Town.

Requirements:

A Technical Diploma or Trade Qualification.
Minimum of 20 years of experience in concrete, civil, and building structures.
Identify opportunities for cost savings while managing risks and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
Support trades such as tiling, plastering, painting, and flooring as needed.
Preferably based in Cape Town
