Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all commercial activities of the business to meet revenue targets
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
• Identify new market opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Negotiate high-value contracts and manage pricing strategies to maximize profitability
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Collaborate closely with operational and finance teams to align commercial objectives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or in a similar senior role
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, financial principles, and market analysis
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve business objectives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business software
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
