Civil Construction Foreman – Construction Industry Full Time

On behalf of our client, a well-established civil engineering construction company, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Civil Foreman to join their dynamic team in Pretoria.

You will be responsible for managing and overseeing all site operations on civil engineering projects, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil works, a proven track record in site supervision, and the ability to coordinate teams, subcontractors, and resources effectively.

Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Permanent

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a Senior Foreman
• Proven experience in roads, earthworks, stormwater, concrete works, and related civil infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
