RPO Recruitment’s client in the Mining Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Chief Planner in Northern Cape.
Responsibilities:
- Support and participate in sub-functional change management to drive transformation and optimization
- Data integrity control
- Identify improvement initiatives and team recognition
- Implement compliance requirements
- Plan, direct and assess quality management
- Provide input into functional planning
- Implementation of operational plans
- Sub-functional resource utilization
- Sub-functional resource optimization
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Trade Test Certificate
- Diploma or Certificate in Technical Maintenance and Planning
- National Diploma in Engineering Studies
- 5 years’ managerial experience
- 8 years’ experience in Planned Maintenance in a Plant or Mining Environment
Benefits:
