Business Development Manager – FMCG Full Time

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our client in the Logistics industry’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Our company is a leading recruitment agency that focuses on finding the best candidates for our clients’ needs, and we are looking for a Business Development Manager who shares our passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and develop new business relationships
• Understand client needs and provide strategic solutions to meet their requirements
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective sourcing strategies for FMCG roles
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
• Participate in client meetings and presentations
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients
• Track and report on sales performance metrics

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role
• Experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of the FMCG market, trends, and challenges
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

• Salary: R950K/yr – R800/yr, salary negotiable
