Building Contracts Manager – Construction Industry Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client, renowned and well established building contractor is currently seeking to employ a well-qualified and experienced Senior Contracts Manager who can join their team in Cape Town

Requirements:

• BTech or BSc degree in Construction Management
• Minimum 10-15 years’ extensive experience in a contracts management role
• Experience in the commercial, retail, education, leisure, industrial, and residential environment
• Pr CM registration with SACPCMP is advantageous
• Excellent technical skills and contractual knowledge with solid proficiency in CCS
