This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on construction professional with a strong background in multi-storey residential developments, concrete works, wet trades, and general site supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating labour and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record supervising multi-storey residential construction projects, with extensive experience overseeing concrete structures, wet trades, General Foremen, and the successful delivery of projects from structural works through to final finishes.
