Accountant Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client is seeking a skilled Accountant to join their team within the construction industry. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Prepare financial statements and reports on a regular basis
• Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare and submit tax returns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
