TMM Engineer – Mining Industry – R2Mil – R1.6Mil Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client is urgently seeking the expertise of a TMM Engineer to join their team in the Free State. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance if underground trackless mobile machinery (TMM). This is important to maintain and improve the safety, reliability and availability of equipment, as well as meet production targets timely and at optimum cost.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, control and monitor approved changes;
• Business intelligence and trend analyses;
• Functional process optimisation;
• Implement operations effectiveness model and practice;
• Promote and enforce compliance;
• Plan, direct and assess quality management within function;
• Input into functional planning;
• Micro- and macro-economic awareness;
• TMM engineering management;

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• GCC Mines & Works
• National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 8 years’ TMM experience
