Technical Trainer – Mining Industry – R636K – R540K Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client in the Mining Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Technical Trainer to join their team in Hotazel, Northern Cape.

Responsibilities:

• Training Facilitation
• Training Program Coordination
• Assessments and Ratings on individuals
• Record keeping of all assessments and training material
• MQA administration coordination

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Assessor, Facilitator and Moderator Certificates
• Red Seal Certificate
• At least 5 years’ Training and Development Practice Experience
• 5 years’ experience in Assessing and Moderating Artisans
• 10 years’ experience working with Earth Moving Equipment in an opencast mining environment

Benefits:

• Salary: R540K/yr – R636K/yr, salary negotiable
