Supervisor Production Process Full Time

A resource rich mining company based in the Northern Cape has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor Production Process. The successful candidate will monitor the Production plant and ensure that everything is running smoothly for the Wash and Screen and Rom Reclaim Crushing/ Plant Jig HPGR Water Cyclone or WHIMS process to take place.

Responsibilities:

• Process theory, process operating manuals and component modules for all equipment in the following production processes:
• Crushing, screening, conveying, stacking, sampling, dust suppression and extraction.
• On grade, Wash and screen, Off grade wash and screen, tertiary crushers, Lumpy jigs and fine jigs, ROM yard, production overview process flows for Bruce/ King Production plant, Automated process control Philosophy, Process control and optimization.
• Root cause analysis, problem solving and trend analysis

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Frist Line Supervision Certificate / Qualification ( NQF level 4 – 150 credits)
• 5 – 8years operational production process experience
• 3 -5 years team / project leader/ supervisor experience
• 2 – 4 years operational crushing experience
