Senior Building Estimator – Construction Industry Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client, a prominent building contractor in Gauteng, is currently on the lookout for a qualified and experienced Senior Estimator to join their dynamic team in Johannesburg as soon as possible.

Requirements:

• BTech/BSc degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Over 10 years’ extensive experience in the commercial construction industry
• Solid proficiency in CCS, BuildSmart, MS Office
• Strong analytical skills with detailed knowledge of construction costs
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in project management to accurately calculate the total cost of a construction project, including labour, materials, and equipment needed for the project

Benefits:

Salary:  R1,2M – R1,4M CTC per annum, negotiable
