Senior Architect/Architectural Technologist – High-End Residential Projects Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client, a leading architectural practice in Cape Town is seeking a Senior Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist to lead high-end residential projects. The successful candidate will manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects, timelines, and budgets
• Produce detailed designs, drawings, and specifications in Revit
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
• Maintain strong client relationships and clear communication
• Support the success of the practice through dedication and initiative

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years’ professional experience in architecture
• BTech in Architecture or BArch degree
• Proven experience across all architectural work stages
• Strong technical skills, including construction detailing and project coordination
• Proficient in Revit for detailed design and documentation
• Knowledge of municipal legislation, building codes, and high-end residential projects
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
