Procurement Manager – Renewable Energy Full Time

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to join our client’s team in the renewable energy sector. As a Procurement Manager, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and procuring materials, equipment, and services for renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to support renewable energy projects
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements
• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services
• Monitor procurement activities, including purchase orders and delivery schedules
• Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies in the renewable energy industry
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal procurement policies
• Manage supplier performance and address any issues or concerns
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the renewable energy industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and industry trends
• Experience in managing supplier relationships and performance
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the renewable energy industry
