RPO’s client is seeking an experienced OEM Manager to join their team in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), ensuring that the company’s products and services meet the specific needs and requirements of these key partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners to ensure alignment and mutual success.
- Manage OEM contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor products and services to OEM specifications.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for OEM partnerships.
- Lead negotiations with OEMs on pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
- Provide regular reports on OEM performance and market trends to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the OEM management process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in OEM management, preferably within the equipment manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with OEM contract management and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant industry software.
