RPO Recruitment’s client in the Mining Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in Burgersfort, Limpopo.
Responsibilities:
- Determine planned maintenance priorities
- Allocate resources within section
- Setting daily, weekly and monthly technical targets
- Shutting down the section if necessary for maintenance
- Determining work priorities
- Changing plans and schedules on the shift to minimize the effect of unexpected problems
- Stopping the operation if the working conditions are unsafe
- Planning employees leaves and overtime
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Foreman Certificate
- Certified Competent 2.9.2
- 4 years’ experience in the breakdown management of earthmoving equipment in an underground mining environment
- 7 years experience as a Diesel Mechanic/ Fitter/ Electrician/ Auto Electrician/ Boilermaker in a TMM Mechanized underground mining environment
