Lead Engineer: Overhead Lines – Electrical / Power Industry Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client, who specialises in the mining, power & energy, and water & wastewater environment, is seeking to permanently employ a Lead Engineer to be based in Centurion

Requirements:

• BSc/BTech/BEng in Electrical Engineering;
• 10-15 years of experience in overhead power line designs
• Professional registration with ECSA as a Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng will be an advantage
• Experience in substation design and construction supervision
• Have a strong knowledge of NEC-3
• Design of high voltage transmission lines (132kV – 765kV)
• PLS-CADD proficiency
• Lead the implementation of projects from stage 1 (inception) to stage 6 (close-out)
