Junior Structural Modeler – Consulting Industry Full Time NEW

We are seeking a motivated Junior Structural Modeler with 3–5 years of experience to join our clients’ dynamic team in Durban or Cape Town  – working on commercial building projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Model and draft concrete and steel-framed buildings in Revit to produce construction information.
• Detail reinforcing elements with precision and accuracy.
• Undertake site inspections as required to ensure quality and compliance.

Requirements: 

• 3–5 years of relevant structural modeling/drafting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Revit.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
• Valid driver’s license
• Own reliable transport
