Junior Site Agent (Roads & Infrastructure) – Construction Industry Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client, leading and well-established civil contractor based in Cape Town is seeking a Junior Site Agent to join their dynamic team in Cape Town.

The ideal candidate will assist in the management, supervision, and execution of civil construction projects, particularly in roads and infrastructure, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.

Requirements:

• National Diploma or BTech/BEng in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in civil construction, preferably in roads and infrastructure projects
• Experience working on multi-million rand infrastructure projects
• Sound knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and construction methods
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites
• Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
