The role involves leading a multidisciplinary IT team to deliver strategic technology solutions using agile methodologies, while managing budgets, stakeholders, and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary IT team.
Oversee project delivery using Agile and DevOps practices.
Manage operational and CAPEX budgets.
Drive stakeholder engagement and backlog prioritization.
Ensure vendor contract compliance and service quality.
Maintain alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
Enforce agile software delivery practices and sprint planning.
Foster innovation, team performance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Postgraduate degree in IT or Business.
Minimum 5 years in a senior IT leadership role.
Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe) preferred.
Proven experience in financial and vendor management.
Strong knowledge of agile delivery and DevOps practices.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
