- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Negotiate and close business deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction

- Track and report on business development activities and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a business development role, with a track record of success
- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive and results-driven mindset
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
