Job Summary:

As a Food Technologist, you will play a key role in product development, quality control, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop new food products, improve existing recipes, and conduct sensory evaluations. You will also be responsible for managing quality control processes, conducting laboratory tests, and analyzing data to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new food product formulations in line with client requirements
• Improve and optimize existing product recipes for taste, texture, and nutritional content
• Conduct sensory evaluations to assess product quality and consumer acceptability
• Manage quality control processes, including testing raw materials and finished products
• Analyze data and create reports to track product performance and quality trends
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes in food science and technology
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
• Prior experience in product development and quality control within the food industry
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control systems
• Proficiency in conducting laboratory tests and analyzing data
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
