RPO Recruitment’s client is looking for a Factory Mart Coordinator to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring that supply meets demand across multiple sites nationally.
Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor Factory Mart stock levels nationally to ensure supply meets demand.
Capture and process orders accurately in Syspro and coordinate with Supply Chain for timely deliveries.
Review inventory levels by SKU and ensure stores maintain adequate stock aligned with budgets.
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve out-of-stock issues and expedite orders.
Support sales initiatives by collaborating with marketing and procurement on promotions and special projects.
Obtain quotes for equipment and sundry items, ensuring accurate pricing and procurement.
Load updated pricing structures into systems as directed by management.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, store teams, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Matric or Grade 12 equivalent (mandatory); tertiary qualification in business, logistics, or related field (advantageous).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in buying, procurement, or demand planning roles.
Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Word, Excel, Email, and Syspro.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and service excellence.
