Enrolled Nurse Full Time

RPO’s client is seeking dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurses for various departments within their healthcare facility. These roles are integral to providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the hospital wards.

Positions Available:

• Paediatric Ward – Enrolled Nurses (X3)
• ICU / High Care – Enrolled Nurses (X10)
• Medical – Enrolled Nurses (X8)
• Surgical – Enrolled Nurses (X5)
• Maternity – Enrolled Nurses (X3)
• Paeds ICU / High Care – Enrolled Nurses (X4)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and progress.
• Assist with medical procedures and examinations.
• Educate patients and their families on health care plans.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.

Requirements:

• Enrolled Nurse qualification.
• Current registration with the Nursing Council.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
